LCREC General Meeting

New members attending their second meeting will  be sworn in. Those who are interested in filling a vacant Precinct Committee member position need to attend one meeting and have their application documents completed on or before the meeting. They will be eligible for consideration at the subsequent meeting to be voted in as a member. Apllications and notary will be available on the premises.

There will also be two resolutions under consideration. One resolution calls for the members to declare Hamas a terrorist organization, affirm Israel's right to defend her borders and citizens (just like the right we have as the U.S.), and condems anti-Semitism. The second resolution was crafted by the Christian Family Coaltion. It calls on the school board to adopt a resolution that would clarify the rights parents have to minimize theexposure of their children to LGBTQ+ issues and discussion outside of formal curriculum.
